Actor Michael Weatherly Charged With Dui

Ncis star Michael Weatherly has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI).The 47-year-old actor´s car was pulled over by police officers in Los Angeles earlier this month (Nov15) and he subsequently failed a breath test.He was arrested and taken into custody, where he spent almost 15 hours in a jail cell, according to TMZ.com.
Weatherly was charged with two counts of DUI last week (ends22Nov15).
The actor, who was previously engaged to Hollywood star Jessica Alba, has been a regular on U.S. TV since landing a part in JAG in 2003. He reprised the role of special agent Anthony DiNozzo in spin-off series NCIS, and has also appeared in the franchise´s other shows including NCIS: New Orleans and NCIS: Los Angeles.
He proposed to his Dark Angel co-star Jessica Alba in 2001, but they split in 2003, and the actor went to marry Bojana Jankovic, the mother of his two children.
