Jeremih Feuds With Label Bosses Over Album Support

R&B star Jeremih has hit out at executives at his record label for failing to support his new album Late Nights: The Album.The Birthday Sex star claims bosses at Def Jam Records priced the record too high and did not send enough copies to U.S. retailer Best Buy."@DeafJamRecords y´all don´t even deserve my voice," he writes in a series of angry messages on Twitter.com. "It´s not the fact that mi (sic) album was actually priced 18.99. There´s actually no CD´s in the stores to even buy, that´s the main point. each Best Buy was shipped 6-7 copies a peice (sic). we checked in to the Corperate (sic) offices at Best Buy in Chicago and they told us LateNights wasn´t on this wks (week´s) added shipment list, nor next weeks??"
The 28 year old´s third studio album was originally due out earlier this year (15), but was pushed back several times. It was finally released last week (ends04Dec15).
"My label is hesitating and not being on my side," the singer told Billboard last month (Nov15). "I see other artists and how they´re supported. It´s hard when I´m on a roster with Rihanna, Rick Ross and Kanye West."
