Ice-T And Coco Welcome Daughter Chanel Nicole

Rapper Ice-T and wife Nicole ´Coco´ Austin welcomed their first child together on Saturday (28Nov15).Little Chanel Nicole was born at 11.47am local time in Englewood, New Jersey. The 57-year-old musician and his curvaceous model spouse hadn´t been expecting Chanel´s arrival for another three weeks.
Coco posted a picture of her daughter on Twitter shortly after the newborn´s arrival, writing alongside the snap: "Surprise!!! Look who came early!! Welcome the new arrival of Chanel Nicole. A beautiful healthy 5.7 pound baby girl."
The picture showed Chanel swaddled in a blanket, wearing a sweet bow headband as she yawned for the camera.
And rapper turned actor Ice-T added on his own page: "Ladies and Gentlemen! Please allow me to introduce to the World… Baby Chanel 5.7 pounds. Love is Love."
Chanel is the first child for Coco but the third for Ice-T, who has two adult children, Tracy and Letesha, from previous relationships.
The couple documents its life together on reality television show Ice and Coco, and decided to announce the pregnancy news back in July during a taping for an upcoming episode.
Since then, Coco has frequently posted pictures of her changing figure on her various social networks.
She added in a recent interview that she couldn´t wait to welcome her daughter and embrace motherhood.
"I think it’s time. I think I’m in that stage in my life where I need this,” she told America´s People magazine. “I’ve done everything in my life pretty much career-wise and… I’ve been in a happy marriage for 15 years. It feels really, really good.
"It’s time for me to make this big jump. I can’t wait to have a little character running around the house. It’s just meant to be."
