Music veteran Merle Haggard has been hospitalized in California with pneumonia.The country star´s illness prompted him to axe plans to perform at the McCallum Theater in Palm Desert on Wednesday (02Dec15), and in Riverside on Thursday (03Dec15), and now he has also pulled the plug on his weekend (04-06Dec15) shows in Oakland and Wendover, Nevada.A statement posted on Haggard´s Facebook.com page reads: "Due to pneumonia, MERLE HAGGARD has checked into a CA hospital, forcing him to postpone his next few tour dates...
